Honest and non-pressure company! I called them to come out right away and check why my HVAC was experiencing a problem. They sent the nicest young man named Marshall. He was here within just 1 hour and had fixed it within 1 hour and it is running nice and cool now! Didn't have to be pressured into buying a new one! This was such an unusual situation. Tom called to get more details and let us know he was doing what he could, but further attention by a landscaping company would need to be called. Tom was so good about giving me updates and letting us know what he could do at the time. Well done, Tom!
Michael banner was my technician and very knowledgeable he was very pleasant to deal with and he seemed to really know everything very well that I would need to get done. I am always a little nervous getting inspections but it's better to find out things that need to be fixed before they go bad and he showed me what needed to be done and we will be contacting Ace again to get all the things taken care of to make sure that the home is safe. Recently had two complete HVAC systems replaced at our home in Verde Santa Fe. First I appreciated the non pressure of the sales and management staff to make a decision and their patience with all our questions as well as concerns. The three man crew that came to do the job were very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The total job was completed in two days, one system per day. Everything working perfectly. Marshall was the ACE Home Services (formerly ACE Heating & Cooling/Yavapai Heating & Cooling) technician who was sent to restart my evaporative cooler and he was a polite and considerate young man who explained what he did on the unit. I was thankful for Marshall’s kindness and understanding regarding the new costs that were originally quoted when he called to say he was on his way. Marshall went above and beyond by helping to secure a more favorable servicing fee than what was first quoted for this call by calling his office. The office called me prior to the service call and Marshall’s arrival to adjust the fee and I appreciate that concession as I did not know there were new servicing policies in place that were different from my previous start up/winterizing service calls.
