I can’t say enough for how great Noah was to work with to replace our broken main water line to our condo unit. I called Mr Rooter on Sunday around 2 pm and was quoted an hour for their technician to arrive, and Noah actually arrived in less than 45 minutes. He was quickly able to turn off the main waterline valve to prevent the water from continuing to flood the front of my property. From there, he drafted up a quote and said he could start work first thing tomorrow morning, which was Monday. Mind you Noah did this all on a SUNDAY, so he was ready to fix the next day…most other companies wouldn’t even return my call on Sunday. He dug the whole 45' trench to find the old break (all by himself) and was able to hook up our water the same Monday so we could use our toilet and shower that evening! He took the extra step to hook up our water that same day so we could use it, knowing he wasn’t finished with installing the new pressure valve and main water valve switch, which was more work for him. Noah came back the next day and finished the job. By the looks of the attached pictures, you can barely even tell I had any work done. I can’t thank Noah enough for his attention to detail, work ethic and thorough communication from start to finish. Mr. Rooter - you have a top notch employee here!
Mr. Rooter really saved my evening it was getting late, and I had sweage backing up into my toilet and bathtub, and Mr. Rooter still made it out to my house that evening in a timely matter. They provided me with a great bid for a fraction of the price Beacon plumbing was trying to charge. ( Nearly $1500, for Beacon and $130 for Mr. Rooter, for the same job), so of course I said yes. The service technicians took the time to explain everything to me and the homeowner thoroughly. I felt very at ease working with these gentlemen. We will definitely be working with this company again in the future, and I'm completely satisfied.
Couldn’t say enough good things about Mr. Rooter and Ian Sutton. He was very honest and a pleasure to work with. When he opened the box that the hot water tank was in he noticed that it was not very good and that there was some dings on it and such and so he called and had a new one delivered, and that was installed very quickly, we also had issues with our flow of our house, and he was able to fix that as well. The customer service was definitely awesome and I will be using them again in the future if need be.
Easy and quick process throughout. After booking online Saturday afternoon Nick was on-site Sunday morning. He was professional, respectful and a great communicator. He diagnosed the situation, taking care to walk through all the possible scenarios before testing, and once the situation was identified walked through all options and pricing. He even provided a referral for something Rooter couldn’t handle and made us feel well taken care of. I’d absolutely recommend Rooter and Nick again. Thanks for everything!
Had an issue with our toilet not flushing properly, so called Mr. Rooter and service person Jonathan arrived. He checked what the issue was and fixed it. He was very professional and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with and if any future issues happen we surely will call and ask for him again.
