Had a severe toilet backup late on Saturday night, Beacon was able to send out someone to resolve the backup within an hour. They identified the root cause of the backup being my contractor pouring grout down the sewer line which required additional work. Beacon plumbers came out the next day and were able to break up the solidified grout and clear the lines. The plumbers were very professional and were able to communicate to me what the problem was and the costs involved with fixing them before starting work. Overall happy with the level of service and the relatively painless resolution.
Alex has been a massive boon. We needed to have our ceiling light fixtures replaced in our kitchen, and they were quite unsafe as it turned out after an investigation. He wanted to work with us to have as little time without lights as possible. When there was a breakdown in communication, Alex stepped up and at the last minute shifted everything to quickly come make everything work. He was polite, friendly, didn't treat us like a burden and was very informative. Did everything he could to ensure that we weren't hit with a huge bill in spite of him going well above and beyond. I haven't felt so valued as a customer by an electrician before.
Robert and Bobby came by when I was in a bind: my thermostat stopped working in the middle of a hot June weekend. I’d had some really great experiences with Beacon before for plumbing, so I decided to try them out for HVAC—and I’m glad I did! Robert was the definition of professional and communicative. Not only was he responsive and punctual, he was pleasant and kind in the face of a furnace that was truly out of the way. He and Bobby went the extra mile for me, diagnosing the issue quickly and troubleshooting how to install a new thermostat communication board in less than two hours. Incredible work, couldn’t be happier with the result.
Well I was freaking and called Beacon! Troy was excellent, very calming, informative, got the job done quick and professionally. He had a coworker with him as well but Troy mainly did the work. Helped give me the next steps on what to do. Water pipe bursted in my kitchen like Snoqualmie falls, water everywhere about an inch or more pooling all over my kitchen and hallways, what a disaster! I love waterfalls but not in my house. I will continue to use this company for future issues. Very satisfied and it happened on Saturday of all days. Thank you Troy you deserve a big raise! Zadrien, our technician, helped us out of a difficult situation -- our main kitchen faucet handle completely broke off, and he installed a new system in almost no time at all! He was able to service us in the evening, which fit our schedules with daytime jobs, and he also took care of a few other concerns we had. Best part, everything wrapped up by about 8:45 pm, and the whole servicing wasn't too expensive, either. Zadrien is a highly competent professional with a friendly and easygoing manner, and we're loving the upgrades he made to our plumbing. UPDATE: The handle on the bathtub in our middle bathroom fell off this morning. Yep, it was one of those mornings! Luckily, we knew who to call — Beacon Plumbing, who we’ve dealt with quite a bit over the years. Ned and Juan came out in about a half hour (this company is super quick to respond) and fixed our issue, plus cleaned our tub drain. We were able to put in a new faucet and handles in one of our sinks, too. Ned and Juan skillfully put in a new sink apparatus without undue damage to our tile, which was much appreciated. They got things done quickly, but with an eye on quality workmanship. It’s exactly what we’ve come to expect from Beacon — and once again, we’re very pleased with the results!
