Had Jason come out to Yelm and do a repair to our shower after a leak sprang. He did great work and did it in a timely manner while also explaining to us what happened along the way. Second time with him and his team and they’re great.

I called to request a quote for service. I asked if standard pricing was available so I could inquire over the phone. I was informed a technician needed to come to do the appraisal. The company wanted 7,000 to replace 2 shower valves and install access panels. The technician that arrived informed me they do use standard pricing. The company lacks transparency and their pricing is outrageous. On a positive note the technicians were clean, respectful, and honest. Too bad the pricing is obsurd or I would have been happy to have them return. I was charged over $80 with tax for the farce of an experience. Beware.

Well I was freaking and called Beacon! Troy was excellent, very calming, informative, got the job done quick and professionally. He had a coworker with him as well but Troy mainly did the work. Helped give me the next steps on what to do. Water pipe bursted in my kitchen like Snoqualmie falls, water everywhere about an inch or more pooling all over my kitchen and hallways, what a disaster! I love waterfalls but not in my house. I will continue to use this company for future issues. Very satisfied and it happened on Saturday of all days. Thank you Troy you deserve a big raise! Your are truly a great asset to your company.

Beacon handled our water heater emergency when we discovered the water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They were able to give me directions on how to turn off and drain the water heater to stop it from leaking that night and then they contacted me the next morning to do the repair. The repair was done in one day, but there were two men who showed up to do the repair and then a few hours later I went to check and another man had just shown up and no one told me there would be another person randomly in my house so it was a little bit of a surprise to run into him. Right after I filed the claim with my homeowners insurance to cover the water damage, they asked me to please retain the old heater so they could test it for defects. Beacon had already removed it and never asked how/if I wanted it removed. I was never given an option to keep it, although the insurance adjuster told me that its very routine to inspect the faulty water heater. I wasn't able to then provide them with the information they needed for that part of the claim. When I contacted Beacon to get it back, they said it was already gone and didnt offer a solution. The main reason, though, why my rating is so low is that immediately after my water heater was replaced, the system wasn't flushed properly and the debris caused one of the valves in my bathroom to stop working as well as spread debris into my kitchen sink sprayer so that also did not work. When I asked them to come back out to look at it, the guy came and made me feel silly that I would have this issue and assured me over and over again that it could not have been anything caused by the water heater replacement. Maybe I'm wrong. I'm not a plumber, which is why I called Beacon in the first place. I am very disappointed though that they tried to convince me that these issues that sprang up in my plumbing the instant they were done with the water heater installation have absolutely nothing to do with it.

Excellent, excellent service. We called them on a Sunday afternoon with a laundry list of plumbing issues at our home and they arrived within an hour. They listened to each of our concerns, asked clarifying questions when necessary, and provided us with a quote that was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. They worked meticulously and carefully, checking and rechecking their work to make sure our concerns were addressed appropriately. When it was all said and done, they walked us through what they saw (photos included) and how they fixed it one each of our issues. Then they informed us they didn't need to replace many of the parts they thought they might as most of our issues were due to improper installation by the contractor. Our final cost was half of what they originally quoted us, which shows that not only are they highly skilled plumbers, but they are also honest ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a good, honest plumber.
