Bob Oates company did several jobs for us over the past few years . Always very friendly competent , and knowledgeable. All projects were accomplished and timely and within the budget . I called this morning , worrying that my sewer pump was non functioning after the cold spell in Seattle. We are hosting Guests this WE and we needed it to be functinning. They sent Talon within 4 hours of my call. He opened the pump, checked out everything and it turns out that the water level was too low to be functioning properly. It was an easy fix by opening all faucets for a few minutes. It was an excellent service from Talon and the Bob Oates COmpany .
Sewer pipe lining project on 100 year old house made easy! Our project manager handled the bid, set up the crew and the inspection, and got the whole project done in just a few days. Communication was excellent and there was very minimal disruption to us. The pricing was reasonable compared to other quotes. I would highly recommend using Bob Oates for any plumbing projects.
I tried to fix my kitchen faucet by turning off the water to my house, only to have the water pressure not come back after restoring the line. Wyatt came out to troubleshoot the situation and was able to trace the problem to my city water meter that was frozen. Thawing it out restored water to my home. Even though he couldn't fix the meter, he gave me tips on how to keep things flowing until the city could repair the issue. He was friendly, reasonable, and quick. Super happy with the Bob Oates experience.
Conrad from Bob Oates was great. The first company was unable to get to the leak in my sewer line and Conrad's team was finally able to get to the leak and redo the sewer line that was improperly done when my house was built. They spent two full days locating the leak and coming up with a plan to fix the issue. They are a very good company and took great care of me and had the issue fixed before Thanksgiving. I'd highly recommend them!
We had a plumbing leak at our business discovered late in the day and called a few places for help. Bob Oates had someone who answered the phone (unlike some other places where I had to leave a message) and quickly scheduled us for between 8 and 10 am the next morning. Got a call around 8:40 with an ETA so I wasn't left wondering when they would arrive. The two guys who showed up were nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a time estimate and a cost estimate for the repair before they started. They got it done quickly and with no drama. Cleaned up the workspace nicely before they left. A great experience and if we are unfortunate enough to need future plumbing help, I will call Bob Oates first!
