Incredible service at a great price! I was so impressed by how attentive Loren was when he came by our home for a complimentary quote. He took the time to walk me through our options, laying out different quotes as we explored not just replacing our furnace but getting a higher efficiency system. We were able to schedule a service within a week of putting a down payment. Andrey did such a great job with the installation. He also made sure to walk us through the set up of the thermostat and proper maintenance of the equipment, as well as answer all of our questions.

Just had a new heat pump installed by Go Green. The engineer doing the work couldn't have been more pleasant, hardworking, and respectful. The salesperson also impressed us, always willing to answer many questions as we went through the decision-making process.

I'd like to particularly say how thoughtful, knowledgeable and resourceful Andre was at installing our unit in an aesthetically attractive manner. He took the time to make sure everything was laid out in an organized way and not just randomly run across exterior siding as is too often the case with these mini-split installations. He gets my highest rating. The same goes for Go Greens Electrician, Joe McMillian. He took extra hours to make sure everything was in rigid and run along eaves and down corner molding. It looks clean and professional. Really good electrician. Also my highest rating

Broken from day one, then ghosted. We had a 3 unit mini-split installed by go-green a few years ago. For the past couple seasons, we started subtly noticing that maybe the units weren't cooling and heating very well - but with mini-splits you sometimes wonder if you haven't just started them soon enough and let them run long enough or whatever, so we weren't sure. Finally, it became obvious that there was something wrong with the cooling, so we called to try to get service, but they were several days out to help us, and it was getting really hot. So we tried someone else, and found out that the system was slowly leaking coolant from day one, and we also had to pay $2200 for extra troubleshooting due to go-green not labeling the wires and tubes, which is common practice. So, I know companies and people make mistakes, but the reason for the one star review is that I have tried to contact go-green by email and phone for over two weeks, was told that I would receive a reply, and still nothing. So, poor workmanship, and lack of accountability. I highly recommend using a different company for your AC needs.

We really appreciated that Go Green Heating was transparent about the bidding process. Other HVAC providers have not only been more expensive, but they have failed to provide the details that would make their hourly rates for labor and their markups apparent. Go Green, in contrast, provided a breakdown in their bid for materials and labor based on a stated hourly rate, and they were willing to have us provide our own electrician for the job, since he was already here for another project. The installer was on time and completed the job competently and efficiently. He volunteered helpful information about our heat pump in a respectful manner.
