After the bid was accepted, Derek did a great job of communicating when the project was going to start and how it would go. Their estimated start date was pretty accurate! Only delayed by a few days. Three tree did a fantastic job on our new metal roof. Their price was fair — similar to other bids. The communication was excellent. The on-site crew were responsive and updated fascia boards as needed. And, most important, they did a quality job on the installation. The roof should outlive us. When the subcontractor came to do the gutters, he commented that it is always nice to finish up a Three Tree project because they do a great job. We have recommended them to neighbors who used them also.
