The bid we were given by Robert was perfect. The materials Maritime uses are excellent and the crew was respectful, efficient and happy. The job was done in a reasonable amount of time. We would recommend them to anyone looking to install a new roof.
Maritime provided a quality service that was affordable - especially in comparison to other quotes I received. The cleaned up at the end of the day for a multiday project. Bob was straightforward and honest about the pricings, I really appreciated that. I highly recommend Maritime!
We got 3 bids and chose Maritime Roofing. We knew once the old shingles came off that there would be damaged ship lap that would need replaced. Bob, the gentleman that quoted our project, was very careful to account for all the possibilities and was communicative throughout the inspection and quote. Once we agreed to move forward with Maritime, it was just three short weeks (including New Years and the holidays) before work started. The crew was very good about protecting our yard and pets from falling debris and cleaned up each day. In just 3 days, we had new plywood where we needed it and a very sharp looking new roof. We now have proper venting as well to maximize the life of our attic, roof, and shingles. Overall, we are exceptionally happy with the materials Maritime helped us choose and the quality of the workmanship. They also did a VERY thorough cleanup after the job was done. Bob and his team were definitely the right choice for us and our home.
This is such a great company. They came out in the snow, Ice, and than rain, turned to slippery ice, and Maritime and it's crew still came out and replaced my entire roof in only 2 days. The crew was polite and worked harder than any crew I have ever seen. Cannot say enough good things about this company. If you need work done, roofing, gutters, etc. give them a call first before you get other estimates. They beat all the other estimates and they did not do the high pressure sales stuff the other companies tried on us. So great job maritime. Number one in my book!!! I found Maritime Roofing through Angie's list and had them come over to do a free consultation on my roof due to a roofing leak. Since I didn't have any prior knowledge about roofing, Bob was very patient and thorough in his explanation of what work needed to be done and how it's done. I had other 4 bids to fix my roof but went with Maritime because of Bob and Brandon - they took the time to explain to me what was the current state of my roof and what work needed to be done. They explained the difference between the roofing materials and my options: torch down, TPO, metal. As an out of state landlord, trust is crucial since I am not there inspect the work. I trust Bob and his team to do a good job. I highly recommend Maritime Roofing!
