I can't say enough about Cascade Electric. After several years of having no electricians willing to come out to our home (in a somewhat remote location) for small but important electrical repairs, Cascade was ready, willing, and able to help us out. They are organized, efficient, and knowledgeable. And also the friendliest group. From Michelle and Brock to their crew--Jonah, Brandon (I think), and Riley--everyone couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Their communication--on appointment confirmation and arrival time, letting us know they were en route, and being there when they said they would be--was top notch. They provided answers to all of our questions and went the extra mile, even though our projects were minor. Having someone friendly and reliable to help us out with these repairs sure makes our home maintenance needs way less stressful.

The Cascade Team is superb! Based on customer feedback, we have referred this company to our clientele for a few years now. This month we required our own services and reached out to Cascade Electric. Our call was answered by their office gal and within less than a day, we were on the schedule. Their team showed up early and completed our very large job in the same day, even correcting prior wiring that was not up to code, and they even pulled a permit on my behalf. The price was also very reasonable for everything done. I'm am so pleased to have experienced their services as a customer! We will continue to recommend Brock and his team to all we will next be having them install our Generator! Thank you!
Cascade Electric has done countless projects for us. We have been continually impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail and quality of work. Considering the implications of using someone less skilled, we feel very fortunate to have found them as a resource. Everyone shows up on time and does what they are supposed to do, that alone carries a lot of value when your schedule is busy and you count on contractors to (hopefully) be reliable. We will continue to call on them in the future and send friends and colleagues their way.
Brock and his crew are amazing. They came in to lower my chandelier among a few other small tasks. They created a new bracket to extend it down as well. They had to bring in scaffolding to get up to the ceiling, he moved all the furniture out of the way and protected the whole area. We will be using Brock as our electrician moving forward. It did take a little while to schedule but I am so happy we were able to get on his schedule.
