We had a good experience with Precision installing our 5.0 ton single unit HVAC system. Our lead tech, Junior, was great. But there was a trainee on the install crew who was still learning the trade. He had some issues, but Junior stepped in and took care of the install. It took longer than expected, but when done, it was all very good work. The bit of wood damage Precision is going to take care of at no cost. We will use Precision again if we have a requirement
There is a reason I continue to use Precision. As a former construction worker, I know how to do most of the jobs I've hired them to do, and I've never felt the urge to watch over them or double check their work. So far, they have removed all my old duct work and installed entirely new duct work throughout my entire home, installed a tankless water heater, water softener, and now my AC. I continue to use them because they are reliable, knowledgeable, and professional. Every install has been flawless from start to finish. You can tell their technicians are professionally trained and certified in the jobs they do. They really know what they're doing. You can't go wrong with Precision.
If I could give Daphne 100 stars I would! Daphne serviced our AC unit and water heater last week. Very courteous and very professional. I was very impressed with her work and how knowledgeable she was. I felt like she cared for our unit as if it were her own. She explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. Awesome technician!

The installation started promptly at 8:00am and completed by 5:00pm. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. Post installation cleanup was like they were never here. Awesome people, awesome job,. I highly recommend Precision Air .
