My family and I have used Roto Rooter for plumbing issues for the last 20 years. Mason Saul andn Andrew have been amazing! We thank you for your professionalism and quick response!

The guy arrived on time and was super professional and explained my slow drain problem to me! He fixed it for me, went over cost and was able to get me back to my day in 30 mins. I am going to absolutely contact them again when I need it!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PLUMBING JOB. If I could give a negative review I would. I agreed to paying them $417/hr and a mark up of 3x the parts cost because I expected a national company like this to do a job correctly. They charged me $3000 to install the wrong pump in my basement …. Of course it stopped working a week later. Technician came out and got pretty aggressive with us that he did the job correctly, until we pointed out on the box that he installed a sump pump and not a sewage ejector pump. His manager told him he was wrong and they installed the right one. Well come two months later when we started having a cockroach infestation, the pest control company pointed out the plumber never sealed the chamber. He never even connected the pipes correctly so literally feces was dumping into the bottom of the tank which is what attracted hundreds of cockroaches. So not only did they create a huge mess for my next plumber to correct, by not sealing the lid or putting gaskets in to close up the space that sewage gas would spill out of causing a health concern for my tenant. The plumber that fixed roto rooters mistake charged me $500. All I wanted was a refund of the job I paid to have done correctly and was then told in an email “we did our job”. Photos attached of the pipe not attached or sealed, and of the cockroach feces left of the infestation.
