First if all I want to thank Juan ,Shawn,Orlando and Omar on a perfect install .They are all very professional and did a outstanding job!Any questions I had they answered and they were all great to deal with and had great attitudes!I'm blown away by quality of install and workmanship.Im glad I found out about them thru my neighbor and they will have all my ac heating ,electrical and plumbing business !If you want great service call these guys they are best in the business!Thank You Spot On Heating and plumbing!!!!!
Spot on just completed a new unit install at our home. We selected the new heat pump AC/heat unit versus replacing the gas unit. They completed everything as they said they would. Ran into an unexpected issue but they handled it quickly! I am so beyond thankful to Juan, Orlando and Leo, among others who I’m sure helped during the process. Would highly recommend!!!
Shawn came for our AC tune up and heater inspection and he went above and beyond! He took his time to explain things clearly and provided different solutions for our situation. We really appreciated his honesty, knowledge and expertise on the issues we are having. Had a very excellent service call by Shawn P. Very professional, knowledgeable. He made a very thorough inspection and diagnosed the cause of the problem. It required a replacement part that he picked up. Shawn returned the following PM to replace the defective part. After testing the unit and thoroughly cleaning the FAU cabinet, he completed the service call. It was a pleasure meeting Shawn and watching him at work. I enjoyed his presence and workmanship. And I also thank Spot On Air's office staff for quickly responding to this urgent call.
