Jeff was fantastic! Communicated expected arrival and updates through out the entire process. Walked us through every step he took for the diagnostic and ensured we understood any issues he found. Overall, we knew we were in good hands and he even voiced several times about how his goal is to always make sure we’re living comfortably in our home! We know who our go to is from now on and we couldn't be happier.
Brian was my point of contact. They re-plumbed the house and put in a water heater, toilet, And faucet. The pricing for the job was very competitive! He and the other plumbers did an outstanding job. Cleaned up and tested everything. They even pointed out a possible problem they found not part of the original job because they care about their customers.....and problem was solved. This business is awesome! They installed a water softener and an a/c unit for my house. Their prices are so much better than Parker & Sons. It’s crazy to me that I got the same quality equipment for so much less. My water softener was going to cost me $7000 for Parker & Sons and it only cost me $1000 to install with PlumbSmart. Their service is top notch and I was so impressed with their happiness and politeness with the quotes and install. Really awesome. I will only use them going forward! 🔥
I contacted PlumbSmart Monday, after the 4th of July weekend. The scheduler was able to send Shaun out the same day and give me an estimate. Shaun explained to me what could be the problem. They were able to send their technician Parker, out the same day and complete the work. Shaun and Parker both were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The two young ladies I spoke to in the office were great as well. Excellent service and prices. I would recommend PlumbSmart to anyone who has A/C or plumbing needs. My experience was a very good one. Shawn was absolutely brilliant and friendly. And his work speaks for it self. My hot water heater broke and I called the company in the morning, they scheduled me a few hours later they installed a new water heater. Thank you
