Our AC broke on a 90+ Sunday in August. I called in the morning and they sent a technician (Bobby) out the same day. He easily & quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part in his truck. He clearly explained the issue and fixed it quickly. Great service. Highly recommend.
Southwest is great. I manage many properties and have had them do everything from small fixes, routine services and mini split installs to large commercial units and they’ve exceeded expectations every time. I’ve built a great relationship with Stephane, the owner, and really appreciate how he always gets a tech out quickly when I call. They’re fast, efficient and their pricing is always competitive. 10/10 recommend these guys.
LA is lucky to have Stephane and his team. Came out within 6 hours of our contacting them. Punctual, friendly, good with dogs, takes credit cards, left no mess behind. Identified the problem in under two minutes, had the parts to fix it, and got it done in under an hour. I’ve spent two weeks waiting for another AC person to fix this. Do yourself a favor and hit these guys up! Price was very reasonable as well.
I absolutely can’t say enough about how satisfied i am with this company. From the call to set up an appointment, to Patrick (who was awesome) coming out and quickly figuring out the problem, nicely answering all my questions and explaining what needed to replaced. Southwest has worked on two projects for me now, the latest technician Chris did an outstanding job diagnosing the issue, fixing it, and making sure it worked properly. He didn’t leave til he was sure my AC was working properly. He was friendly, courteous, smart, and great with my dog even though she kept barking at him. Thanks Chris and Southwest for saving me, working on a holiday in the heat to keep me cool with a day’s notice of the issue.
