Fantastic service from Ricky. He arrived on time and promptly fixed our initial issue, plus another issue that needed to be addressed. He is knowledgable and clearly explained everything he was doing. O'Neill has always been great! Highly recommend!
Worth paying a bit more for knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional work. It saves you money, less worrying and headaches in the long run. Ricky G. came in diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then did minor repair. In out quickly and efficiently and for less than what i was expecting to pay. One recommendation would be to give email or text confirmation of scheduled appointments, gives peace of mind.
We had an unexpected issue on a holiday weekend with our water main! Ricky showed up promptly and was very reassuring. Everything was fixed quickly and he was candid on the prices for their time. His work was very neat and organized, and in fact, it’s a shame you have to hide it behind a wall! I would recommend him to anyone, anytime. We will have O’Neill Plumbing back if we ever have an issue.
Ricky and Jordan reworked my 100 year old Sewer stack and did a great job getting it to look nice but more importantly it even drains better. Very nice, friendly, professional people and did excellent work! Also helped me locate an old abandoned aeration pipe and re seal it. They were great Plumbers to work with and I would highly recommend them! I know I have future plumbing work to do and plan on having O'Neil do the work and ideally Jordan and Ricky being the guys doing it!
We have worked with O’Neill in the past to replace our sewer pipe from the house to the street and again to do the plumbing to add a half bath on the main floor. Both projects were completed on time, on budget, and the work was high quality. Yesterday, we needed a plumber the next day and they were able to send someone. Our plumber, Ricky, was professional, personable, efficient, and did an excellent job - fixing a couple of other items that would likely have caused us a problem in the future. Great quality, great responsiveness, and great service. I will definitely hire them again.
