Unbelievably terrible customer service. Never once followed what times they said they would show up. When they did show up once, off-schedule, the plumber put no effort into a good fix and even made the problem worse.
Ashley Weiland has been the best aid we could have hoped for in our unfortunate situation. She has gone above and beyond to help make every step of our water restoration quick and successful. The communication between the team at Roto Rooter is unmatched and it has made for a seamless process thus far. We could not have asked for a better advocate to help us repair the damage we unexpectedly had in our home. Ashley has made time and effort to come out for inspections and informational conversations throughout this process. Ashley and the team at Roto Rooter will forever be our choice when dealing with plumbing and water damage. My experience with Roto Rooter was stellar from beginning to end. I had a sink issue and they came the same day I called and completed repairs within the timeline quoted. I was actually surprised at how customer centered they were! What’s different about them is that they are 1) trustworthy and 2) coordinate well with each other to execute the project like a well oiled machine. My interactions were with Jason, the manager who was clearly an expert in his field and explained the process transparently, Marcel (project super), Olivia (admin) and Aneija, the tech who did the hard work of demo and drying out. She was very communicative, professional and also a subject matter expert. Big thanks to the entire team!
My husband and I had a pipe break in our bathroom while replacing a toilet, we had no idea where our main shut off was (neighbors yard!) we had roto rooter come out, they fixed the pipe and began demo and clean up as quickly as they could. We had a rough time with our insurance in the beginning getting things handled. at the end there was still a large amount between roto rooter and our insurance that had not been settled. We were continually going back and forth between insurance and roto rooter. Until right before thanksgivin, Jason the manager for roto rooter water restoration messaged me with good news! He went above and beyond and settled our claim! my husband and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received because our insurance was wanting us to file another claim(another deductible) to cover the remaining balance between the companies. This was such a huge weight lifted and I can’t thank Jason and his team Molly and Olivia enough especially right before the holidays!
There was a mysterious leak coming out of my downstairs corner room wall last week. Where was it coming from? I was a bit anxious since I have to leave on an overseas trip very soon. Ben, the plumber, traced and diagnosed the problem as coming from old pipes and a "Y" joint inside a wall on my second floor. It was a two-person job as a large vertical drain pipe needed to replace a very old drain pipe inside the walls. Ben quickly did the job with another earnest and competent plumber, Ray. I felt relieved. Both Ben and Ray had a can-do way about them. They explained the process and had empathy for my situation. I felt that the situation was in good hands. I also want to compliment, the water mitigation crew, who came over and were attentive, pleasant, and cooperative with my requests---Supervisor/dispatcher Jennifer L. and also Sergio and Adan.
