I needed a plumber that day and they found someone to come to stop overflow on two toilets and clogged drain. They were professional and quoted price with no hidden fees. They cleaned up around the area they worked at. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you Blake, Tyler, Clayton, and the 4th person, ( I can’t recall the name) for fixing the plumbing issues in our house!

Roto-rooter answered my call in the morning and had a plumber named Rob out to help me within the hour. Rob was very knowledgeable and realized besides the water heater I also had a hot water pipe leak and my crawl space was flooded. Rob reached to Ashley who was able to come out within a couple of hours to assess next steps and how to get me back up and running. Both of them have amazing personalities and are very knowledgeable. I know who I am reaching to if I need help again!

John came to our rescue when we had a sewer back up after hours. He was there within an hour and was very professional. He was extremely informative, which really put our minds at ease. He invited us to watch him work and ask questions whenever they came up. He was very thorough, snaking our line 2x to make sure as many roots were removed as possible. The sewer was cleared in no time. We opted to pay for a video of the sewer line to get a better idea of the exact problem and where it was occurring. He was very good at explaining all the problems, where they were occurring, and what options we had to fix it long term. He asked multiple times if we had questions about anything he had talked about and patiently went over everything that wasn't clear to us. I felt he was very honest about what needed fixing right away and what could wait. That kind of honesty is sometimes difficult to find in any home repair industry. I was so appreciative of that. He told us to reach out to him if we had any problems within the next week and he would come back and address it. That kind of dedication really made us feel like valued customers! I would definitely recommend Roto-rooter for any drain cleaning needs.

Went to RR for a water heater swap. There were two visits. First visit was to quote the job and second was to get the water replaced. During the first visit we were quoted about 3k to get the water heater done (no extra electrical work mentioned). We decided to go with RR and accepted their quote to replace the water heater. Fast forward to the day of the repair, the technician is extremely friendly and prompt. When the technician was done with the job they stated that there were some electrical wires that needed to be exposed because of the height difference of the new water heater compared to the older water heater. They wrapped the electrical wires within electrical tape. My initial gut was that this doesn’t seem right because we recently bought the house (last year) and everything was up to code. So now I had to chase down a licensed electrician to find out if this is safe or not. I sent the electrician the same photo posted in this review and they stated that this was not up to code and is a dangerous fire hazard. I called RR back and the technician came back to my house and stated that they are not licensed to do specific electrical work due to licensing so they could not cover wires. Again the technician was very polite and understanding. I am now trying to reach out someone to get this fixed. I am writing this review to let anyone else considering a water heater change with RR to ask the technician if there is potentially any extra electrical work that needs to be done during the quote. If I knew that I needed to chase down an electrician after paying 3k for a water heater replacement I would have gone else where.
