Puget Sound Plumbing did a wonderful job. Tech was super knowledgeable, investigated issue, and quoted work at no cost. After getting comparison quotes, we went with Puget Sound. Work was scheduled quickly and completed same day on our kitchen plumbing. Tech took time to walk me through everything that was going on and show me plumbing rerouting work done in basement. When we had a small issue after service, they immediately came right back out and resolved no charge. Good quality work. Would definitely use them again.
My new washing machine couldn’t be installed by the delivery company because of a corroded hot water valve. Called Puget Sound Plumbing and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. The technicians were personable and professional, and fixed the problem quickly. The price was reasonable. I couldn’t be happier.
Tyler and his associate Field Tech were great. Respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure I was well aware of my options and costs. They had all the materials they needed to fix my issue, and Tyler even went out of his way to create a solution to a secondary minor issue I was dealing with. I want to leave 5 stars but unfortunately they were 3 hours late which was stressful. I thought they may not show up so I started calling around to find another plumber. Thankfully once they arrived, they completed my job and I’m very happy with the work.
Everyone I dealt with on the phone was professional and courteous. Office staff tried to keep me in the loop about when to expect technicians, but there was a big gap between expected time and arrival. However, I am more than pleased with the work that Josh and Salvador did. Courteous, patient, very careful while inside the house. Went above and beyond with their diagnosis and effort. Took a lot of time to answer my questions. I will recommend Puget Sound, and use them again if needed.
I got a disposer replaced with puget sound plumbing and heating last year. It was working perfectly. Then I got a dishwasher replaced later from Best Buy. The guy who installed the dishwasher for us mass up the disposer (did not tighten the screw, and even lost one of the screw). The. My disposer started leaking. I called the team, get the technician on onboard immediately within a couple hours. They addressed the issue very quick and fixed it for me. Super professional, best team!
