Jafco was the first to respond to a request for a quote on a Sunday evening and had someone out at my house on Monday. The problem was bigger than a simple fix so they had to schedule a follow up visit. Garrett and Joe did a great job, fixed the problem faster than they estimated, and were very courteous. I will definitely consider them again if I need plumbing work done.

Garrett and James did a great job replacing my faucet. Not only were they quick with the install, but they were also very professional and friendly. I really appreciated how they were mindful of always putting on their shoe covers when coming into the house. I’m really big on customer service and notice when the service is great. They were attentive, responsive, and very communicative. This is my third time using Jafco services in a 5 year period— from a sewer line repair to faucet replacement. Justin and Andrew were out to our home today to work on a water leak in our ceiling and did an amazing job! They were able to find the failed drain quickly and even identified a long term leak in a supply line we weren't aware of. Fast, professional and were meticulous cleaning up after the work. Starting from giving the quote to executing the project went really smooth. Josh kept me abreast of all the updates whether it was getting the permits approved or talking to the engineering team at Alderwood water. The work was perfect. They cleaned up and restored the area so nicely that I was impressed. Ian / Miguel and Luis did a great job at digging to restoring thing back to like they were without cutting any corners.
