Had my electrical panel replaced and it was 5 star service from start to finish! As You Wish was VERY communicative throughout the entire process, I was sent a text with their employee’s photo so that I knew who to expect. Also received a text with a half hour window of when they would be here. Trent came over and gave me my initial quote and was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable; he explained all of the details of the install and also walked me through the financing then set up the install appointment. Frankie and Kaleb showed up at the time I was told and I once again received a text and was able to see a live arrival time. They were also very friendly and very professional, they wore foot covers when inside and answered all of my Mom’s questions as she was here in my place. She was very impressed with how polite and patient they were. The panel looks great and I will definitely be using As You Wish for any electrical in the future!
I scheduled an appointment with a technician because the light switch for my living room lights was not working. The light switch is on a panel that includes two other switches: one to turn on kitchen lights, the other to turn on kitchen island lights, both of which worked properly before the technician arrived. The technician informed me that the housing unit for my living room light needed to be replaced and provided me a quote. I won't detail the quote as I'm not writing this review to comment on pricing, rather service. My appointment was at 8:30am and it wasn't until around 5pm that I tried turning on my kitchen lights only to find out they weren't turning on. I tried flipping the break on / off, but once I flipped it on and tried turning on the kitchen lights the breaker turns off. I called and asked As You Wish Electric if they could please come out and fix the problem or please tell me why it's happening only to hear back that they would have to charge me for a return visit and any repairs as the issue was not caused by them. I recognize that what's happening now is probably inadvertent and the technician did not change or do anything deliberate. However, from my perspective, the customer's perspective, I paid $100 for someone to come to my home and now the problem is worse and they're not even wiling to come to my home and try and look at it. Definitely will not be using their services again. Post Review update: I sincerely appreciate that Scott gave me a call after this review and sent a technician out to remedy the situation. It was great customer service and I really appreciated the follow through!
Communication with the office was easy. They send you a link when the electrician is on their way - the link tells you how many minutes out they are. Shane was the electrician who came. Super polite - explained what he planned to do before doing it. Went over everything before he left. The entire process - from scheduling through the electrician leaving my place. This was a super easy home repair.
As you wish was a great experience. We had them do a full house rewire with light fixture replacement. Whole project was 7 days. Stephen Todd and Alejandro Covarrubias did an amazing job. They were easy to communicate and work with in keeping with our needs. They came up with great ideas to streamline and improve our initial layout. Will definitely give them a call on any future jobs. Shane came into my home and was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. He was very personable and professional. He even gave us some information that was helpful for the other outlets that were giving us issues(easy fixes). Thank you for bringing light back into our dark living space. With much thanks
