They provide superior service. Drew gave us a thoughtful and thorough review of what was needed to replace our AC and Heater. He had very competitive pricing. as well. He has great knowledge and is a patient educator. Installation crew led by Mike were excellent in every way. He also was a great educator in teaching us and getting our new wifi thermostat set. We could not ask for more!!

After walking out to a leaking water heater, I called Rite Way (formerly Plumbing and AC Medic), and they came out same day to provide a quote. Decided on a tankless system and was very happy with the process of arriving at a fair price; no pressure, very professional. What I was most impressed by though was the politeness and professionalism of everyone on Mike’s team. There were 5 or 6 gentleman who came out to the house over two days, and they were all extremely friendly, responded to questions with thorough answers or “yes/no sir” and did very clean work. Our experiences with Rite Way Heating & Cooling Company customer service is second to none! We were completely impressed with their professionalism. Josh came by our place to see what’s happening with our AC and he was just very intelligent when it comes to explaining about the AC. With being said, we highly recommend this business!
