Amazing company and amazing service! Natalia was like dealing with a family member or something. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to and The gentleman who fixed our water heater did it in about 20 minutes, and replaced the entire thermal couple for just $295. Couldn’t find a cheaper anywhere else! They also sell their Water Heaters for about $1000 cheaper than the Home Depot rep that came over to my house, so if I ever need to buy a new water heater, I’m definitely gonna use them.
