Francisco and Jordan recently did an upgrade on my electrical system, just got the permit signed off today. They ran new wire to my out buiding and installed a new panel to replace an old one that was scary and failing. He also cleaned up the mess in my old panel and replaced some outlets, cleared out some old boxes, and properly grounded my system. Francisco was a great communicator and did very clean and efficient work, was super pleasant to have working here. I appreciate their quality work, they didn't try to sell me work that was not needed.

Ryan met with me the day after the chaos and Jay had my place fixed up the very next day – talk about efficiency. I spoke with Ryan of West Seattle Electric on Wednesday 12/20/23 right before the holiday weekend and he was able to get us scheduled 2 days later for that Friday. Francisco contacted us to confirm the time, he was punctual, explained what was wrong with the outlet and what had probably happened, then quickly fixed the outlet. It was great to be able to use our island outlet in preparation for Christmas dinner!
West Seattle Electric was great to work with. They recently installed an electric car charger for myself and my wife. Our whole experience was positive. The owner, Ryan, is very customer service focused and is kind and responsive. He is also very professional and knows his stuff. All of the staff was great to work with including Amy, and the electricians who came out to do the job. They listened to our needs and delivered. They installed our charger, and a box to put it in, and we paid additional for the box. They really went above and beyond. They are a West Seattle gem and I highly recommend them and will use them again if I ever need their services again.
