We needed two gas lines capped for our pool side fire bowls. All lines were excavated and exposed, they just needed caps placed on them. They were supposed to arrive between 11 am to 1 pm. We talked through the project and sent several photos to the tech, at 1:30 pm they finally sent us a ridiculous estimate for $1100.00 * for two caps. This company is dishonest and scammers. Beware! Our project was resolved through another contractor for $225 dollars. 9-26 edit: And the owners response to my review was that this was a fake review - classic response for a corrupt company. Avoid them at all costs.
I honestly can’t say enough about Cactus Plumbing And Air Mesa. I've had this company do all my work and repairs at my home! The dispatch team is wonderful, they are very family oriented From the dispatch team, the hvac and plumbing techs, you all are outstanding! These guys have responded quickly and efficiently every time. Trevor is the most professional, honest hard-working tech we have ever worked with. We immediately signed up for their VIP Maintenance Package and it has paid off. I wouldn’t call any other company in the Phoenix area!
Trevor did a great job communicating with us with a change in our appointment schedule. He also walked us through the installation of our new thermostat. The extra care of checking our outside unit showed his commitment to doing it right!

I called and was able to get one of their technicians to come and service us that day within a few hours. He arrived quickly and was able to find the issue almost immediately. I had a different company come earlier who was not able to fix the issue, and Cactus plumbing and air was able to much faster. He provided me with a very detailed summary of what was happening and what needed to be done next. I fully trust their opinion and will only work with this company for any AC needs in the future.
