Service tech Matt was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Appreciate his detailed service and suggestions on how to save money now and in the future on service and electric use. Office staff also very friendly and helpful. No reservations about recommending Hansen Family Plumbing/Air… I do.
We called Hansen Family Plumbing with an urgent plumbing matter on a Sunday morning. From our interaction with the call taker to our technician it was a 5 star experience. They were able to cone out same day and perform a leak repair within an hour. Mark walked us through the entire process and explained what he needed to do. He cleaned up when he was finished. This was our first time using Hansen. We went with them due to their Sunday availability, but will for sure be using them moving forward.
We discovered Hansen Family when we needed help with a leaky pipe in our home. We are first time homeowners with a home that needs some TLC and we were learning as we went and were so worried this leaky pipe would be an expensive headache. They not only fixed the pipe but helped install a shutoff valve because he wanted us to get our moneys worth for the minimum he had to charge to come out. From then on, they have been our go to when our home need help! A couple years later we lost water pressure in our home and they were the first ones we called and let them install the new water heater required to fix the issue. This summer, our A/C was not quite cooling as well as it used to so yet again, Hansen Family was who we called. They discovered our unit had shifted on our roof and left two gaps and we were literally cooling our roof off! Had we not trusted our gut, and called them out, we could have been in for a major headache later! They saved us so much by resealing the unit and securing it so it doesn’t shift again as well as unclogging a drain. Our husky is one happy pup and my old man pittie literally won’t leave the window because he wants the tech to come back and give him some love and pets again. Thank you Kole for making my pups happy today and cooling our home off and thank you to any tech who has saved our little project home time and time again. We cannot recommend this company highly enough for both quality of service and affordability. Every single person we have dealt with has been nothing but kind and treated us like family. This is the second time in 14 months that Hansen's has performed service. My experience this time was terrific. They came promptly, fixed the problem, and allowed us to once again have water in the house on the same day. The plumber was very pleasant, despite the 110 degree heat, and the charge was very fair. We received a message introducing our technician Chad . He arrived on time , was pleasant to be around and efficient. He quickly addressed our problems and explained the process. While I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon, I will call on Hansen again and recommend them to friends and family.
