have a small commercial fridge that was running constantly so needed a check up. seemed the thermostat was broken. got a new one as well as a cleaning of the condensor. working well now hope the electric bill will go down --------- follow up post. after a few months I noticed the fixed fridge didn't seem to be working optimally still and had them send a tech out to check. turns out it's a 13 y o fridge with all original parts. a good sign but also a sign that on the original inspection that tech probably should have checked the coolant levels. long story short, turns out after checking the levels were low and more was added. it now is really working as it should the best part of this review is that after paying, I thought about it more and called them asking for some sort of reduction on the bill as it all could have been addressed in the first visit. I thought only paying for 1/2 of the service fee visit (not the coolant of course) would be a fair compromise. after thinking it over on their end they actually reimbursed me for the entire service fee. I am impressed at their level of service, customer service and business sense. (intentionally writing this as I noticed a reviewer not liking their approach to their issue and wanted to write a counterpoint) thanks again!
Very fast response and they know how to fix continental fridge. We used their service for couple of years whenever we have problem with our fridge. Highly recommend whoever needs service for their commercial fridges. Very upfront about their cost and maintenance fees.
Miguel is the best! We have a lot of equipment, refrigeration and more. We work with a ton of technicians and I wish they were all like Miguel. I own a restauraunt in East Los Angeles and required service on my Walk in Cooler. The cooler was in bad shape and was constantly losing the Freon charge. Previous companies were only adding Freon but were unable to find the leak. The technician was able to find the leak in the Evaporator and was very quickly able to get me an estimate for replacement of the compromised equipment for a fair price. I've had no issues since the replacement and am very pleased with the attention I received. Irina was very communicative during the whole process and was able to work with my schedule when it came time for the technicians to replace my equipment. 10 out of 10 service.
