Finally, after nearly 3 months of hot water and plumbing issues, 3 companies and 4 individuals came to fix it but could not. He was best and most well-known plumber and came in 2 hours. He was kind and caring, paid attention to the quality of his work, listened to all my queries, and answered patiently. He fixed all of them in 5 hours, and the charges were well worth the service.
Plumber was nice and quick with repair. but price was crazy. Charged almost 500 dollars for less then one hour of work and a $10 part! late night service charge was 125 but 345 for one hour of work and 10 part is crazy! And didn't even tell me the cost before repairing. I thought the service charge would at least include an estimate before working on it. if I would have knew price before had I would have kindly said no! called around this morning and asked around for price on what woidk of been for repairs and every plumber said less then 200 for repair! what a rip off! be sure to get estimate before hand!
