Purchased a gas hot-water heater from this company two years ago. One of their plumbing specialists, Jake Morris, has done my complimentary annual flush both years since. Very professional, does quality work and also a great guy! I don't even remember how I found Ben Franklin Plumbing, I think I might have just googled providers when I needed a new hot-water heater. But I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided from the get-go, especially with the benefits that come along with it such as the free annual flush and even a free home-electrical inspection by one of their partner companies. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! I only wish I would have known about them sooner.
Called because of smell coming from laundry room and possible unclogging of bathroom sink (drained slow). Tech came out told my husband the laundry hose needed to be cleaned out more the likely and he quickly unclogged the bathroom sink for $275 !?!? My main concern wasn’t even fixed. I still have to clean or replace the hose for the washer or have someone come out to do it complete waste!
Called for a simple quote on a leaking spigot, was only 4 calls in all giving me quotes but letting me know their may be additional work, cool no problem. BF would not give me a quote at all saying they needed to send a technician out and would charge me for the tech call, for a leaky spigot? Seriously? How much more could be involved that you're unwilling to give a general quote? Called a few other places since I was looking for a same day repair... Well needless to say BF did not win me as a customer with their snaky pricing practices, found another business that's doing same day repair, $200, 2yr warranty... Up front and over the phone agave heating & plumbing

My townhouse had 2 different clogs, one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen sink. Brad came over right away to help us out and was able to take care of everything immediately! Brad was so thorough and he explained everything as he was doing it, which made it so easy to understand and follow along. He was also so kind and amazing to work with, and just did a fantastic job. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly and that we received the highest quality service! 10/10 recommend :)
