I posted this previously with 3 stars, but it looks like the company had it removed. Posting again with 2 stars due to the attempt to hide this. Makes me wonder how many other customers left critical reviews that Greenwood had taken down… At first I was just relieved to have this resolved. But after reflecting on it a bit, and talking to some other people, I think I was ripped off by these people. The techs were very nice, kind, professional people. But I needed a fix to a well line that I had already exposed and identified. I was charged $2,000 for about 2 hours of work. To be fair, this was at about 7pm on a cold Friday evening, and I couldn’t have done this work myself. But that’s $1,000 per hour to just replace the cracked line in the photo. Not more than a foot of materials. I was desperate and had no knowledge of what was reasonable and I feel like this company took advantage of that.
If I could, I'd give an extra star. My heating system died on Valentine's Day. Called up Greenwood. Corey B popped in and gave me the option to learn a bit while he diagnosed that the system was toast. Got an appointment the next morning to install a new, private label system. Next day, Julio shows up promptly and professionally and knocks out, what I consider to be, a perfect install. Whole process took about 5 hours which included replacing everything that was needed including a new outlet and gas valve. He walked me through everything and got me going with phone access. Best part was that he even found a water leak from the condensation output, saving us from having to diagnose and fix separately. Fantastic experience! Thank you! My family is warm and my faith in humanity is restored.
Greenwood Heating was able to replace my failed water heater the next day after I called. They were able to do a virtual visit for an estimate which expedited the installation. Installers were professional and thorough. They followed best practices and were communicative through the whole process.
Riley was Amazing!! He is knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. Because of his expertise and attention to detail my chandler was placed and looks absolutely beautiful!! Now, i mustn’t forget Jake he was just as thorough as Riley when replacing my light switches and assisting Riley with the Chandelier and cleaning up after the job was complete. Jake also had excellent customer service! Kudos to the both of you! I highly recommend Greenwood Heating and home services and I definitely will use them again!
Luke, John and Frank were all outstanding. They were all very professional. Luke worked with me on my estimate and installation details on Friday. By Monday mid day John and Frank had my new furnace installed. Excellent job! My only issue was getting PDF documents or receipts to my email. I had to reach out to Greenwood accounting for my documents. I'm not sure if this is a programming glitch with their system or???. Other than that awesome job.
